Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid licensure and certification to practice as an SLP
- Previous experience supporting school-aged children (K-12) preferred
- Familiarity with delivering speech services in an educational setting
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services based on student IEPs
- Maintain accurate records to document progress, interventions, and meetings
- Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student growth
- Focus solely on clinical responsibilities—no bus duty or other non-clinical school tasks required
