Speech Language Pathologist in Franklin, IN

This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a dedicated SLP team, with a primary emphasis on conducting evaluations and supporting student growth.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations for a caseload of approximately 50–70 students
• Collaborate with another SLP, providing targeted support to nonverbal life skills students
• Develop and implement individualized plans for student success
• Work exclusively onsite, building lasting relationships with staff and students
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by the school and district guidelines

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a current Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC credentials
• Demonstrate experience in a school setting, particularly with primary evaluation responsibilities
• Show strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Be passionate about fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments for all students
