Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • State SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows welcome
  • Previous experience in school environments or pediatric populations
  • Comfortable providing services in both in-person and teletherapy formats
  • Skillful with assessment, treatment plans, IEP development, and progress monitoring
  • Clear, compassionate communicator with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication interventions to K-12 students based on individual needs
  • Screen, evaluate, and diagnose communication disorders
  • Create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the school team
  • Deliver therapy sessions—both on site and virtually, as required
  • Maintain accurate records, document student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer guidance and training to educators and families to support students’ communication skills
  • Adapt therapy strategies to ensure access and engagement for diverse learners
