Desired Background:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license or certification
  • SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
  • Background in school settings or healthcare environments supporting children’s communication needs
  • Experience or proficiency with teletherapy services for remote or hybrid instruction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Key Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to promote student success
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Track student progress and adapt interventions as needed
  • Engage in teletherapy sessions as required based on student and school needs
