  • Capability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and deliver personalized intervention plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support educational goals
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and goals
  • Offer both direct therapy and consultative services as needed
