  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly valued, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working in healthcare, pediatric, or school-based SLP settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to create individualized intervention plans and monitor progress
  • Comfort working with a range of ages and disabilities in school settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Conduct teletherapy sessions as needed, utilizing virtual therapy resources
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student achievement
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams, recommending best practices to facilitate students’ success
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with evidence-based techniques
