This role offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and is designed for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists with the CCC credential. Two positions are available, offering the chance to collaborate with a supportive special education team and enhance your professional skills in a school-based environment.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students, staff, and families
  • Confidence in developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Organization and flexibility in managing a dynamic caseload

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
  • Plan and deliver tailored therapy sessions that promote students’ academic and social growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s educational goals
  • Maintain accurate records and progress documentation for each student on your caseload
  • Participate in IEP meetings to share insights and recommend strategies or accommodations
  • Stay informed of best practices in speech-language pathology and continue professional development
