This role offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and is designed for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists with the CCC credential. Two positions are available, offering the chance to collaborate with a supportive special education team and enhance your professional skills in a school-based environment.
What You’ll Bring:
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students, staff, and families
- Confidence in developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Organization and flexibility in managing a dynamic caseload
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Plan and deliver tailored therapy sessions that promote students’ academic and social growth
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s educational goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation for each student on your caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings to share insights and recommend strategies or accommodations
- Stay informed of best practices in speech-language pathology and continue professional development
