Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Possess full SLP licensure
- Full-time, on-site commitment
- Prior experience in school-based settings, preferably with middle and/or high school students
- Proficient in conducting speech and language evaluations
- Comfortable participating in IEP and related meetings
- Collaborative approach to working with support staff and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students across both schools
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write relevant reports
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Actively contribute to IEP meetings and documentation processes
- Partner with a speech-language assistant to optimize student support
- Communicate regularly with educators and families as needed to track student progress
