Speech Language Pathologist in Franklin, TN

Responsibilities include evaluating students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), delivering targeted therapy sessions, and collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure a cohesive approach. Effective documentation of student progress and participation in IEP meetings are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Tennessee
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered
• Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly desired
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and write accurate, detailed evaluation reports
• Design and implement IEPs and therapy plans
• Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Provide consultative support to teachers and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
