Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy for students
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Document services, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Adapt therapy approaches to diverse cultural and educational settings
