  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state license (or eligibility) for practicing as an SLP in Wisconsin
  • Prior experience providing speech/language services in a school setting is highly valued
  • Ability to develop and implement IEP goals for students with diverse needs
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments, interpret results, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver targeted speech and language therapy services to school-aged students
  • Document progress, maintain records, and monitor student achievement
  • Work closely with classroom teachers, intervention specialists, and administrators to integrate therapy strategies into the academic environment
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and multi-disciplinary team discussions
