Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLP licensure for the state
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations (K-12) preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with onsite teaching assistants and school staff
  • Flexibility to manage varying caseloads and changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication services to K-12 students
  • Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
  • Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform therapy plans
  • Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of student progress and sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
