Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license (or eligibility) for Maryland
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new environments and teams

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
