Seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for rewarding contract opportunities supporting students in a vibrant educational setting near Fredericksburg, VA. Multiple full-time positions are available for dedicated professionals, including those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are eager to develop their expertise in a supportive environment. Each assignment offers a consistent 37.5-hour work week.

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CF candidates are welcomed
  • Prior school-based SLP experience is highly valued
  • Confidence working with a diverse K-12 student population; open to discussing specific age group or caseload preferences
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans suited to each student’s abilities and needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Deliver services in both individual and small-group settings
  • Stay informed of best practices and participate in professional development as needed
