Your background should include:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure (CCC-SLP), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFs welcome)
• School-based SLP experience, or a strong practicum background in educational settings
• Confidence managing K-12 caseloads, with willingness to coordinate across multiple schools
• Proficiency conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, writing reports, and collaborating within an educational team
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and adaptability
