Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fredericksburg, VA

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC-SLP preferred; will consider strong Clinical Fellow applicants)
• Experience or interest in working within a school setting (K-12)
• Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with various speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Dedication to student growth and progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and progress updates
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to school policies
