What we're looking for:

• Hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows will be considered
• State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology or ability to obtain
• Experience or strong interest in working within K-12 educational environments
• Solid communication skills, compassionate attitude, and a collaborative spirit

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to promote student success
• Document and monitor student progress; adjust interventions as needed
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning atmosphere
