Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Virginia
- Prior experience in a school setting or working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and case management skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students in small group and individual settings

- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed
