This full-time, travel-based opportunity covers 37.5 hours per week and involves working with K–12 students across two maternity leaves. Candidates holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are welcomed, and Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered as well—making this an excellent stepping stone into school-based SLP work or a chance to diversify your existing resume.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
  • SLP-CCC preferred; CFs strongly encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based experience valued, but not required
  • Adaptability and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support K-12 students with a range of speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teaching and administrative teams across two schools
  • Complete evaluations, develop IEPs, and provide ongoing therapy
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with families and staff
