School Speech Language Pathologist - Fredonia, NY

Your weekdays will run from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM, with a focused schedule of 20 sessions per week, each lasting 30 minutes. You'll help students strengthen their communication abilities, fostering progress both in and out of the classroom.

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license (and state certification where required)
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work effectively with students from kindergarten through high school
• Collaborative spirit for working with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Dedication to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct speech and language therapy for K-12 students
• Maintain accurate session notes and progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating on goals and strategies
• Advise and support educators and families on speech/language challenges
• Adjust approaches as needed to suit each student’s unique strengths and needs
