Essential Qualifications:

  • Valid New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • New Jersey Department of Education Certification
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Clinical experience in school settings is highly valued, including familiarity with IEP processes and serving diverse student populations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to collaborative teamwork with educators, families, and support staff

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students in accordance with IEP objectives
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate student success
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, staff training, and professional development

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.13 to $67.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
