Speech Pathology - Fremont, CA

Make a difference in the lives of high school students as a Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year! This full-time, contracted opportunity—four days per week—focuses on supporting a primarily 9th-grade caseload of 35-45 students in a dynamic and collaborative educational setting. Desired Qualifications:

• Current Speech Language Pathology license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience in school settings, preferably at the secondary level, is strongly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with students, staff, and families
• Ability to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and document progress effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer assessments to identify students’ speech and language requirements
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans aligning with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress
• Provide both direct and consultative services, primarily focused on 9th-grade students
• Maintain organized records and effectively communicate progress to families and the multidisciplinary team
