School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Fremont, California

As a valued SLP, you’ll primarily work with 9th graders, providing assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring to a caseload of 35-45 students. Your expertise with SLP-CCC credentials ensures students receive the highest quality care as they work towards their communication and academic goals. Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience or strong interest in working within school settings, particularly with secondary students
• Responsive communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment
• Excellent organizational skills for managing caseload, scheduling sessions, and maintaining records

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload
• Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support to students primarily in 9th grade
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success across educational settings
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation as required by school policies and regulations
