School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Fremont, California

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working in school settings, ideally with high school or adolescent populations
• Strong communication, case management, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 35-45 students, focusing on 9th graders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and success
• Participate in IEP meetings, document services provided, and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
• Provide guidance and education to school staff and families regarding speech/language needs and interventions
