Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- State licensure as required
- Prior experience in K-12 school environments, with a preference for ESY or summer program involvement
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students participating in ESY
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Conduct assessments, maintain records, and document progress
- Adjust therapy approaches to suit unique individual needs and learning styles
- Attend relevant meetings and contribute to student support plans
