Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• State licensure as required
• Prior experience in K-12 school environments, with a preference for ESY or summer program involvement
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students participating in ESY
• Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
• Conduct assessments, maintain records, and document progress
• Adjust therapy approaches to suit unique individual needs and learning styles
• Attend relevant meetings and contribute to student support plans
