School Speech Language Pathologist - Fremont, CA

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary learners as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC) for the remainder of the school year. This flexible, full-time (37.5 hours/week) position is open to those seeking part-time schedules as well—perfect if you prefer a tailored workweek.

You’ll work closely with two elementary campuses with high caseloads, collaborating with educators and families to help students overcome communication challenges and reach their fullest potential. The role includes direct therapy, collaboration on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and conducting assessments 1-2 days weekly. For part-time interest, a 0.6 FTE schedule (1 day at each campus and 1 day on assessments) is available.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP credential
• Relevant state licensure
• Experience supporting school-aged children, especially elementary caseloads
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and IEP processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy for diverse student needs
• Complete student assessments, analyze data, and contribute to eligibility decisions
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
