School Speech Language Pathologist - Fremont, CA

As a school-based SLP, you’ll support students in reaching their communication goals—both in and out of the classroom—while working alongside a dedicated team of educators and specialists.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing input for student goals and progress
• Maintain accurate records of services, assessments, and interventions
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support integration of therapy strategies
• Deliver both pull-out and push-in services based on student needs
• Consult with families and provide resources for generalization of skills
