Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly valued
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pediatric communication disorders
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals based on assessment data
• Provide direct therapy in group or one-on-one settings as outlined in students’ IEPs
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other support staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom environment
• Maintain timely, accurate records of assessments, progress, and interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative team planning
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based strategies in speech-language pathology
