Speech Language Pathologist in Fremont, CA

What We’re Looking For:

• Current certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP procedures, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy styles to meet individual student needs
• Collaborative spirit for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments of students’ speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in group and individual settings
• Monitor and document student progress towards goals
• Consult with school staff and parents to support student achievement
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and trainings
