What We’re Looking For:
- Current certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP procedures, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy styles to meet individual student needs
- Collaborative spirit for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments of students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement individualized educational programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in group and individual settings
- Monitor and document student progress towards goals
- Consult with school staff and parents to support student achievement
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and trainings
