School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Fremont, California

Your schedule will be full-time at 37.5 hours per week, allowing you to focus on developing and implementing speech and language interventions that make a lasting impact in students’ lives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience with K-12 caseloads or diverse student populations is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
• Flexibility, creativity, and commitment to fostering student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement targeted IEP goals and individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress within the school setting
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support each student’s educational journey
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Serve as a proactive resource and advocate for students’ communication needs on campus
