Speech Pathology - Fremont, CA

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Desired Qualifications:

• SLP-CCC certification required
• Previous experience with elementary-aged children is a plus
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students as outlined in their IEPs
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students’ academic and social success
• Provide input for IEP meetings and ongoing progress monitoring

Role Specifics:

• Part-time schedule: 3 days per week (.6 FTE)
• Manage a small, focused caseload allowing for deeper connections and individualized intervention
