Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current SLP - CCC credential or eligibility for the same
  • For SLPAs: Completed program and active state license; supervision support available
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Assess, diagnose, and document a range of speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary education teams to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and services provided
  • Assist in developing and implementing therapy plans tailored to individual student needs for both ESY and the regular school year
  • Supervise and mentor SLPAs as appropriate, supporting their professional growth
