Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working with K-12th grade students in a school setting preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across all grade levels (K-12)
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support, in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and families to promote generalization of skills
  • Monitor student progress, document therapy, and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school-based initiatives
