School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Fremont, California

This contract, full-time position is located near Fremont, CA, and seeks a passionate professional equipped with SLP and SLP-CCC skills to help students achieve communication goals and participate more fully in the classroom environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working with K-12 students highly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse educators, families, and support staff
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in speech-language intervention and IEP documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
• Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs
• Document student progress and participate actively in IEP meetings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate strategies throughout the school day
• Support students’ progress in speech, language, social communication, and academic participation
• Maintain accurate records and comply with school policies and state/federal regulations
