This full-time, contract opportunity spans the full school year and is ideal for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who thrive in collaborative educational environments.

As a dedicated school-based SLP, you’ll have the chance to work with a diverse caseload, helping students overcome speech and language challenges. This role provides the unique experience of working in a school setting, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists to design and implement effective therapy plans.

What you’ll need:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC credential and active state licensure
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working across all grade levels (K-12)

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop individualized therapy plans for students based on assessment results and IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed
