A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for the 2025-2026 school year to provide specialized services in an elementary school setting. This contract position involves working with a diverse caseload of PreK through 8th-grade students across 2-3 sites, with up to 55 students requiring support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student IEP development and review
Qualifications:
- Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings, preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 55 students effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and families
- Flexibility to provide services at multiple school sites
