This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality speech-language pathology services across 2-3 educational sites, supporting a diverse caseload of up to 55 students ranging from PreK through 8th grade.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current license or eligibility for licensure in California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFY considered)
- Experience providing speech and language services in a school-based setting highly valued
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a dynamic caseload
- Comfort working across grade levels, with adaptability to meet PreK-8th grade needs
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers and families, offering strategies and resources to support student growth
- Travel between 2-3 local school sites as part of your weekly schedule
