School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Fremont, California

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state credentials
• Experience supporting school-aged students with a range of communication needs
• Strong collaboration skills when working with staff, students, and families
• Excellent organization and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to students’ goals
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Create and implement therapy plans designed for student success
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing recommendations and progress updates
