Bring your passion for speech and language to a dynamic high school environment as a Speech Language Pathologist. This full-time, full school year contract position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact with a dedicated student population. Candidates with their CCC or those completing their Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) are encouraged to apply. This is an on-site role – remote or VOCO services are not an option.
Interviews are prioritized and will be conducted in two rounds, starting with a virtual meeting, followed by an in-person session for selected candidates. You'll work collaboratively with educators and support staff to provide high-quality therapeutic services tailored to high school students.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship equivalent
• Prior school-based experience, ideally with high school populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Dedication to evidence-based practice and individualized programming
Responsibilities:
• Deliver therapy services and conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for high school students
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster academic and social success
• Maintain consistent documentation for evaluations, progress, and compliance
• Participate in case conferences, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team consultations
• Provide support and guidance to students, families, and staff as needed
