School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Fremont, California

This full-time position offers a choice of caseloads and welcomes both Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates and those holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
• Current ASHA certification (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
• California SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Effective communication skills and adaptability in dynamic educational settings
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations

What you'll do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organizational and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
• Provide direct and consultative services based on student needs

A generous hourly pay rate is offered, depending on experience and certification—ranging from $50 to $70 per hour.
