Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligible Clinical Fellow (CF)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Passion for making a positive impact on student speech and language development

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population according to IEPs
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, documenting student progress
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings as required
