Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CF) status
  • Valid state licensure as required
  • Prior experience in school settings preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services per student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student progress
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
