Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication development with two openings for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). These full-time positions span 37.5 hours per week and offer the chance to work across multiple school sites, each with manageable and reasonable caseloads tailored for effective, individualized student care.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Hold active SLP-CCC certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Previous work in educational settings preferred
  • Ability to adapt communication approaches for diverse student populations
  • Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
  • Strong collaboration skills with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech, language, and communication therapy to students from various backgrounds
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Maintain accurate progress notes in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with families and educational staff regarding student progress and strategies
  • Contribute expertise to IEP meetings and student support planning at each assigned site
  • Rotate between multiple sites in the area to maximize student access to services
