Qualifications and Experience:
- Active license and certification as an SLP-CCC
- School-based experience highly preferred
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Familiarity with VOCO (virtual/online) therapy methods
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to independently organize, plan, and deliver effective teletherapy sessions
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging virtual speech and language therapy for a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain meticulous documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and goal recommendations
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure positive outcomes
