Speech Language Pathologist in Fremont, CA

Your workday will run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a total of 213 school days left in the assignment. The caseload will average 25-30 students, allowing you to focus on providing quality, individualized speech and language interventions that make a lasting difference. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working with school populations, especially K-12 students with autism
• Background in both healthcare and school-based SLP practices is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting students’ communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with autism
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Document progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with families and educators
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to deliver holistic care
• Participate meaningfully in IEP meetings and ongoing staff development
