Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language impairments
  • Develop individualized treatment strategies and deliver engaging therapy sessions
  • Monitor, document, and analyze each student's progress toward established goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and specialists to integrate effective communication strategies across learning environments
  • Foster active family involvement by sharing resources, progress updates, and strategies for supporting students’ goals at home

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated experience with pediatric and/or school-aged students is an advantage
  • Outstanding communication, documentation, and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt seamlessly to both independent and team-based work
