Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid certificate of clinical competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; will consider eligible Clinical Fellows
- California state licensure or pending approval
- Experience working within school settings highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Document evaluations, progress, and services provided in alignment with district and state protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct and consultative therapy, adapting strategies for various grade levels and abilities
