Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; CFY candidates considered
  • Prior experience working with school-age children (all caseload types welcome)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt services based on student needs and IEP requirements
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with diverse staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services for students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a variety of communication disorders
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and data-based decision-making
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and families on speech and language development
  • Maintain accurate records and meet compliance standards
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training
