Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible state licensure for SLPs in California
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply
  • Experience with a variety of caseloads (mild, moderate, intensive) is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt to different school environments and work with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students across a range of ages and needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs), and document progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers for holistic student support
  • Participate in team meetings and provide consultative services as needed
  • Manage caseloads based on your experience and preference
