What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid CCC-SLP certification
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students, individually or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student performance and services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Offer guidance and support to staff and families regarding effective communication strategies
