Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Lead targeted therapy sessions to address varied speech and language objectives
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and ongoing adjustments to treatment
  • Collaborate closely with other professionals, teachers, and support staff for holistic student care
  • Actively involve families, providing education and strategies to reinforce progress at home
