Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Effective working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Lead targeted therapy sessions to address varied speech and language objectives
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and ongoing adjustments to treatment
- Collaborate closely with other professionals, teachers, and support staff for holistic student care
- Actively involve families, providing education and strategies to reinforce progress at home
