What we're seeking:
- Valid SLP - CCC certification and licensure in California
- Prior experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language therapy
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering individualized therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Commitment to professional ethics, continued learning, and best practices in speech-language pathology

- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students with a range of needs
- Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility determination processes
- Develop and document measurable goals, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

- Maintain detailed, timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
