Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates welcome
  • Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to work with various age groups
  • Dedication to creating individualized therapy and supporting inclusive education
  • Effective communication and collaborative skills to partner with educators, families, and staff

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Design, implement, and document individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student development
  • Facilitate IEP meetings, contributing valuable expertise and progress reports
  • Offer training and resources to teachers and family members as appropriate
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
