We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for a contract-to-hire position, beginning in November and extending through the end of the school year as you provide essential maternity leave coverage.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid SLP license in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for fostering student progress and inclusivity

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure students’ needs are met
  • Provide direct therapy and support in both group and individual settings
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Attend meetings and contribute to collaborative planning
  • Participate in professional development when needed
