Skills and Background We Value:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent program completion
  • Current California SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience working with students in K-12 schools is highly desired
  • Ability to develop and implement customized therapy plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and students

  • Proficiency with IEP documentation and progress reporting

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students’ speech and language challenges
  • Design individualized treatment plans in alignment with students’ educational goals
  • Deliver direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
  • Contribute to student IEP meetings, providing expertise and progress updates
  • Maintain comprehensive records and required documentation
  • Support a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners
