A rewarding full-time contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in a dynamic school-based setting for the 2026–2027 academic year. You'll play a vital role in supporting students' communication development and academic achievement, collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students in a collaborative school environment
  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and personalized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings, working as a valued member of multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain detailed documentation and regularly update progress reports
  • Provide support for a diverse range of speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with staff and families to optimize student outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current California SLP license, or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork skills
