Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; will consider strong Clinical Fellows
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings strongly desired
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, interventions, and progress reports
• Consult with staff on classroom accommodations and strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
