What You'll Contribute:

  • Hold SLP-CCC or be eligible for SLP-CFY, with appropriate licensure for California
  • Demonstrated experience or training in early childhood speech and language development
  • Strong skills in conducting comprehensive assessments, service delivery, and intervention planning
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Organized, flexible, and committed to providing compassionate, student-centered care

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for preschool, private, and nonpublic school students
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy aligned with IEP goals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy objectives
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, progress notes, and assessment records
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and support to staff and families
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for diverse learners
