Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid California license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Active or in-process ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in CFY supervision
• Strong understanding of early childhood language development and speech therapy techniques
• Previous experience with preschool populations and diverse student groups is highly valued
• Excellent teamwork abilities and strong communication skills with children, parents, and educators

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for preschool, private school, and nonpublic school students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aimed at improving students’ communication and language skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Document student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain organized, compliant records
• Offer consultative services and recommendations to staff and families regarding communication needs
