Key qualifications and experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current California SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFYs considered
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Compassion and dedication to supporting students’ speech and language growth

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
• Participate in professional development to stay current with evidence-based practices
