Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fremont, CA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience working with school-aged children, including assessment and therapy
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse learning environments and work effectively on a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services as part of students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support planning
• Provide consultative support and professional insight to school staff
