Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fremont, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in California (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable adapting to diverse student needs and using evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for a diverse student population
• Develop and implement IEPs, goals, and intervention plans tailored to each student
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student success
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Lead group and individual therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, voice, and fluency
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development
