As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), you'll make a significant impact by supporting preschool children ages 3–4 in a nurturing, early intervention-focused environment.

Begin your assignment as soon as possible, with an end date extending through June (flexibility available to meet both school needs and personal preference). You'll work a steady 7-hour day, Monday through Friday, aligned with the school calendar—ideal for maintaining work-life balance while engaging in purposeful work each day.

Key Qualifications:
• Valid SLP licensure and ASHA CCC required
• Previous pediatric or school experience strongly preferred
• Passionate about early childhood development and supporting communication needs
• Comfortable managing a caseload of 40–50 preschool-aged students
• Collaborative, flexible approach with teachers, aides, and families
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Clear background check results

Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for preschool children
• Develop, implement, and review individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy, targeting students’ unique developmental needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to promote carryover of strategies
• Document progress and maintain compliance with required reporting
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and support family education
