Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services for children ages 3-4
- Manage a caseload of 40-50 preschoolers, creating individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet each child’s unique developmental needs
